Ethan Terris

I am a passionate educator who specialises in building genuine mathematical intuition for GCSE and A-Level students whilst maintaining a truly engaging and productive environment.

My academic background includes a BSc in Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence with Distinction from Bournemouth University. Additionally, I hold a Secondary Mathematics PGCE from the University of Southampton, through which I attained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). As a fully qualified teacher, I have experience combining high-level subject expertise with formal pedagogical training.

My time spent in the classroom has shown me that an engaging approach centred around problem solving is far more effective than rote memorisation or countless worksheets. This is the philosophy I bring to each of my sessions.
